Location : The ranch is located just off the quiet Upper Cibolo Creek Rd a few minutes past Boerne City Lake. It is under 20 minutes from downtown Boerne, TX and 10 minutes from IH-10. The convenient highway access allows easy commutes to San Antonio or Comfort as well as Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Bandera, and more! Water: Although Little Joshua Creek is not currently flowing, the large bluffs throughout the ranch provide excellent run off to the creek which has multiple ponds running the eastern edge of the property.
