North Fork Ranch

The North Fork Ranch is in one of Arizona's premier ranching areas and is a short drive from Prescott, Wickenburg and Greater Phoenix. The regions fantastic four season climate and abundant water will allow for enjoyable times ranching, recreating and hunting on the North Fork Ranch. While these historical uses can certainly be continued, being in the broader northern Sun Corridor region and with such a significant deeded land base and unrivaled paved highway access, there are many options for a new owner of the ranch. Elevations range from 4,100' to 4,700' with vegetation consisting of gramma grass, chaparral and pinyon/juniper. The ranch deeded land has nearly four miles of paved highway frontage on State Route 89. Most of the boundary with SR 89 is fenced with five rail pipe fencing. The ranch also has excellent access from Wagoner Road (mostly paved), Zonia Mine Road and Whitehead Ranch Road through the ranch, all of these roads are county maintained roads. There is 25 acres of flood irrigated ground at the farm with room for more acres to be irrigated. The main shipping corrals are located by the farm just off of Wagoner Road. There are two locations with homes, one near Kirkland Junction being the historic Tufa Tavern and one at Walker Place which is located on the state lease.
