Beautiful ten plus acre hobby farm only three miles from Winona, Minnesota with over $300,000 worth of improvements including a 1,200 sq. ft. addition to the house. I have also caught a 25 1/2 lb. Northern Pike in Lake Winona as well as many more (up to 18 lbs.) in the Mississippi River which runs past Winona. There are also walleyes, bass and panfish in both the lake and river. Winona is big enough to have industry and shopping, yet small enough for that country feel. Two colleges and, according to a state-wide contest, the best bakery in Minnesota. This area is often mentioned in magazines as one of the most beautiful places in the United States. We have loved living here. We raised three kids here. They also love it and are sorry to see it go. We don't really have a set price and are looking for offers.
