11 Acres with Highway 67 Frontage Just 12 Minutes outside of San Angelo!

I have Seven 11 acre lots available for $135,000. Lots are located just 12 Minutes outside of San Angelo off of Highway 67. Tested two water wells. One tested at 35 gallons a minute and the other one tested at 25 gallons a minute. They were tested by Water Logistics out of San Angelo. They said the well that tested 25gpm could have done more, but the pump wasn't big enough. Power poles go from the West side to lot 4 and stop. We are currently extending them all the way to lot 7.
