This hunting and cattle ranch is absolutely gorgeous. Located just six miles west of Falfurrias with large mesquite trees and regrowth brush, this place would make an excellent homestead or weekend getaway as it has easy access with paved road frontage on FM 1535. Can be divided in two 40 acre tracts. Improvements: Theres a large water storage cistern with a concrete trough located towards the front portion of the ranch.
