LOCATION Located approximately eight miles southeast of Muleshoe, Texas, the ranch is accessed via FM 746, just east of State Highway 214. Predominantly clay loam and sandy loam soils provide a strong foundation for crop production. Approximately 1,500± acres consist of healthy native rangeland supporting buffalo grass, grama grasses, and other desirable native forage species.
