Absolutely beautiful lot in California Pines Hill Unit 3! Larger lot and some great views from the property. Tall, mature pines and some free firewood on the property as well. This lot is just a few minutes walk to Brown's Pond - about 1/4 of a mile away! Walk there and go fishing every morning. I've been fishing there several times and it's always one right after another - even on a dry fly during the day! Power is also at the lot line ready to connect saving you thousands.
There's several ponds that are stocked with fish in the area as well as the main reservoir up by the lodge. The roads are maintained by the POA and are pretty nice for dirt roads.
