Truelove Farmland Auction

We are pleased to offer 153 +/- acres in two tracts to the public via an online only land auction. There is no live component to this auction, but the Auctioneer and Staff will be available leading up to the scheduled close of the bidding process. Interested bidders are directed to our website to register and bid on two tracts of tillable and wooded acreage. Locally known as the Truelove Farm, the property will be offered in two tracts - Tract #1 is 78 +/- acres with 76.5 +/- acres of prime tillable farmland with a tillable soil P.I. of 141.0. Tract #2 is 75 +/- acres and is an excellent combination of hunting acreage with 23 +/- tillable acres for income and food plots. Hunting rights may be granted to the successful bidder after the auction. Final acres will be determined by a survey. The house sheds, pond, and approximately 7 acres are being sold separately.
