OVERVIEW Hidden Oaks Ranch is 77+ acres of gently rolling oak/mesquite country with a large stock tank, monster oaks, wildlife, and southeastern views located on Texas 29 several miles east of Mason, TX. The land features an elegant roll with two primary drainages running north to south, along with two prominent, gentle ridges that offer long-distance views from multiple homesites. Soils are sandy to clay loam, and really grow the grass when moisture is received (like this year). There are few rock outcrops, and there is also a smaller stock pond that holds water near the southern boundary. IMPROVEMENTS There are no improvements other than good perimeter fencing, electricity on site, water well, stock ponds and granite gravel driveway to an elevated homesite. WILDLIFE The area is quite gamey, and whitetail deer, hogs, varmints, songbirds and critters are abound. The potential for high fencing and stocking is high.
