The Properties consist of 292.77 acres of 8 different varieties of conventional and organic apples, 40.75 acres of 3 different varieties of conventional and organic cherries, 103.50 acres of conventional and organic Concord Grapes, 11.40 acres of 4 different varieties of wine grapes, and 9.50 acres of organic Hazelnuts.
