At roughly 2,500 feet elevation and with deep volcanic soils, approximately 32 acres of vines in this Manton Valley AVA are devoted to 26 acres of Syrah and Petite Sirah, with another 6 acres hosting 10 other varieties of grapes. Water sources include deeded senior ditch irrigation rights to 22miner's inches, along with an agricultural well. Pumping out of a stocked pond of approximately 6 acre-feet is used to provide organic matter to the vines on watering days. The vineyard is home to a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2,900 . main home built in 2004, and an older 2bedroom, 1 bath foreman's/caretaker's house.
